The gym is open for free play to children after school.  All
children must wear proper gym attire.  On rainy days gym
clothes must be brought and changed into.
Girl’s Club
When:   
     Thursdays
Time:          K to 4th Grade
                3:15 to 4:45 p.m.
                5th to 8th Grade
                5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Cost:            Free to Residents/$2 Non-Residents

This is a club intended for girls to get together once a week to do
many things.  You will meet and discuss what you as a group
would like to do.  Afterwards, the group will participate in games,
crafts or the activity that was agreed upon.  The HPD Girl’s Club
is sure to be fun.
Snakes Alive

Join us each week as you learn something new about snakes.

Guitar Hero Maniacs

Buzzer-Rama Game Mania

It’s time to put on your thinking caps and face off against other
players in game show type games.  Games may include

Floor Hockey

Come and build your hockey skills and get some practice
time every Monday as you get into teams and play some floor

Shake & Bake

Children will participate in a fun fitness activity and then learn
how to make a treat.  At the end of the day, everyone gets to

Spring Break Movie Matinee

Take a trip to the movies with the park district!  Stop by on the
Monday before the trip to find out which movie we’ll be seeing.  
Participants need to be registered by the Wednesday before.  
Please send your child with extra money if they want to

Everyday First Aid

will get all of the safety information that you need right here in
this class.  All of the basics to CPR and first-aid will be
taught including pediatric emergencies and fire safety.  Min

Boy’s Sleepover

Teen Boy’s Sleepover

Why should the younger kids have all the fun?  This will be our
first teen sleepover.  You will play football, basketball, a wide
range of different games and activities.  You will also have pizza

We are providing transportation
home everyday at 6:00 p.m.  The van
will leave the park district at 6:00
p.m. and drop off kids at Park View,
the corners of Cobb & Kimball,
Kane, Conrad, Wenz, Chester &
East Avenue, Lenzi Avenue and
Valley Oaks.  The van will also make
stops for pick up & drops off for
