Campers will experience a fun, adventurous summer filled with group games, arts and crafts, swimming, cooking, library, field trips, sports and more! Our day camp program invites children to have fun in a safe and noncompetitive atmosphere. Camp is a place where youngsters can socially interact while trying new activities that engage the child’s imagination and creativity. Camp runs Monday through Thursday starting Monday, June 7th and ends on Thursday, July 29th. Campers should bring a water bottle and small snack to camp each day.

All of our counselors have undergone training to provide a positive camp experience. All camp staff has been trained in first aid procedures and certified in CPR/AED. Background checks are conducted on all Park District Staff.

Campers must be registered by Wednesday, June 2nd. There will be no exceptions.

Come for some fun and exciting activities throughout the summer. Your camp will consists of exhilarating activities and field trips every week! Camp meets on Mondays& Wednesdays starting on Monday, June 14th and ending on Wednesday, July 21st. Teens should bring a water bottle and small snack on Mondays.

Crazy Days of Summer Contest

SUMMER’S NOT OVER YET!

Join us in the month of August for some Crazy Days. Come to the Park District dressed for each theme of the day and
participate in activities to receive points. You do not need to register for activities. Points are awarded as follows:

1 point—coming to the gym for one hour
10 points—dressing in the theme of the day
5 points—participating in the activity of the day
2 points—extra credit for creativity

At the end of the contest the winner will be chosen based on their points and they will receive two movie
tickets, two popcorns and two sodas at the Quarry Movie Theater! Second & Third place prizes will also be awarded.
Make sure to check in every day because all of the STAFF will be participating as well!

The Hodgkins Park District and the Village of Hodgkins happily invite you to the annual Quarry Days picnic! There‟s plenty to do with tons of inflatables, a photo booth, dunk tank, face painting, live band and awesome fireworks display, and so much more! Come out and enjoy a weekend of good food, great friends and lots of fun!
